About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Digital Marketing to spearhead and optimize all digital marketing endeavors. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and data-driven leader, responsible for creating and managing marketing and digital strategies. This role involves developing and executing digital performance campaigns, overseeing customer service and inbound sales teams, and actively engaging in the development and achievement of KPIs. The VP will also be pivotal in building market awareness strategies, driving demand to the company's sales funnel, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration for the alignment of marketing goals. Additionally, the role includes the development of an SEO-optimized website, continuous customer engagement strategies, and the modernization of CRM platforms. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in high-growth, small to mid-sized manufacturing-driven firms. The role requires proven expertise in digital marketing concepts, testing, and best practices, as well as a track record of revenue growth through B2B eCommerce, paid media, and various digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with web strategy, content management systems, CRM platforms, ad serving tools, and web analytics. Creative content writing, visual communication, and excellent analytical and project management skills are essential. While not mandatory, experience in government contract sales is a plus. The role demands an individual who is not only strategic but also capable of hands-on management in a small business environment.
