Description Location: UCHealth Catalyst Brighton Blvd Denver, US:CO:Denver Department: UCHlth Marketing FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $44.33 - $66.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary:Develops, executes, presents and monitors internal media strategy and planning. Serves as lead media account manager for internal marketing team and the external agency partner. Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership for all development and execution of media strategy, planning, and buying across all traditional and digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, objectives, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs. Provide mentorship to team guiding them to deliver innovative, results-oriented campaigns. Oversee media buying processes to ensure optimal placements and cost-effective investments across all media platforms. Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI. Foster strong relationships with media vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Manage campaign implementation, including creative rotations, tracking updates and ensuring on-time media activations. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
