Roles and Responsibilities

  • Completes all tasks as assigned before the designated deadline
  • Complete self guided learning activities and improve skills
  • Execute, manage, and optimize online biddable media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, retargeting campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations
  • Assist with building client-facing campaign performance reports including data quality and insight development
  • Perform ongoing ad copy / creative analysis and A/B Testing
  • Participate in team meetings including L10s and weeklies

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the media and programmatic space, including DSPs, Ad serving, brand safety, etc.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including more advanced functionality and formulas
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing and Media Buying
  • 2+ years of experience in working with Ad Tech (DSP, Ad Servers, GTM, GA, Facebook Business Manager, Etc.)
 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Amazon DSP, Amazon Advertising, Vendor Management and Seller Management
  • Comprehensive understanding of topics related to inventory quality, fraud, viewability and brand risk - and the tools that measure these attributes
  • 1+ years of hands to keyboard experience activating DSP
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Display and AdWords
  • Experience with other DSP and media buying platforms
  • Experience with PowerBI
  • Experience with the Basis DSP
  • Experience with Social Media campaigns
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Experience in an EOS organizational structure
 

How performance will be measured

  • Matching or surpassing the Bar in the People Analyzer assessment for core values and the GWC
  • Timely internal & client communication / responses 
  • Successful campaign performance and/or demonstrated improvement 
  • Insightful campaign observations and recommendations 
  • Independent campaign builds, management and reporting
