About the Role:
As Studio Manager, you will:

• Drive membership sales and engage with our amazing members.
• Lead marketing efforts and community partnerships to grow the Club Pilates brand in North Tallahassee.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from maintaining the studio's pristine appearance to handling administrative duties.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of sales associates.
• Create a positive, upbeat work environment while achieving key performance goals.

Who You Are:
✅ A people person with proven management experience in sales or customer service
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
✅ Passionate about fitness and driven to help others achieve their health goals
✅ Quick on your feet and ready to tackle challenges with a positive attitude
✅ Able to manage multiple revenue streams and adapt to a fast-changing environment
