About the Position
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to continue to develop Spectora’s product marketing function. As the sole Product Marketing Manager, you will define and implement best practices and create foundational resources to support our marketing, product, sales team and customer success teams. This role will be responsible for defining messaging, establishing value pillars, and developing customer personas that capture the needs of home inspectors across all business sizes—from solo entrepreneurs to experienced inspection businesses.
This hybrid position is based out of Denver, CO. Monday, Thursday, and Friday are typically worked from home, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office.
Core Responsibilities
- Messaging & Positioning: Define Spectora’s value propositions and messaging by developing and maintaining a messaging master broken down into different segments to resonate with home inspectors, targeting the right segment with the right product at the right time driving new sales and customer expansion.
- Product Marketing Foundation: Develop personas, messaging, and value pillars to support product launches, marketing communications, sales enablement, and customer retention and expansion efforts by creating and maintaining accessible templates and resources for the team.
- Voice of the Customer: Conduct monthly interviews, surveys, and focus groups with customers to identify trends and summarize findings to inform the product roadmap, shape messaging, and influence GTM strategies.
- GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop strategies and lead project management of execution for go-to-market plans for new features, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
- Product Roadmap Influence: Participate in product roadmap discussions to support Go To Market priorities,sharing insights and customer pain points.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ positioning, pricing, features, and marketing strategies. Maintain detailed comparison matrices for our top competitors, update pricing and feature comparisons regularly, and collaborate with the team to ensure successful targeted campaigns.
- Sales Enablement: Develop resources such as product guides, battlecards, and pitch decks to support the sales and account management teams.
- Internal Communication: After each release communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure they are aware of product updates and the value of the release to our customers.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer support data on a monthly basis to optimize messaging, guide product marketing initiatives, and make informed decisions that drive business impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Setup regular touchpoints with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, and GTM launches.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Product Marketing in a SaaS environment
- Self-Starter: Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects from concept to completion
- Project Manager: Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating efforts across teams, and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
- Data-Driven: Proficient in collecting and analyzing data to guide product positioning, product decisions, and GTM strategies
- Customer Insight Focused: Experience engaging customer groups and using customer insights to inform product development and marketing communications
- Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex information
- Master Prioritizor: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Pay & Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $100,000-120,000 per year
