Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media Manager) at Trusted Tech Team, you will develop and execute performance-driven media campaigns across various paid channels. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to deliver impactful advertising strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Your role will be crucial in managing and optimizing paid media efforts to maximize ROI and achieve business growth objectives. This role will specifically emphasize evaluating existing attribution capabilities and working to enhance them.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals, targeting relevant audiences through platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Manage day-to-day paid media activities across search, display, social, and other digital platforms, including setting up campaigns, tracking, optimizations, and reporting.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that all paid ads are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for performance.
• Review and improve advertising infrastructure for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Campaign Performance Analysis:
• Evaluate conversion tracking for opportunities to improve attribution.
• Analyze performance data and create actionable insights to optimize paid media campaigns, focusing on key metrics like CTR, conversion rate, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROAS.
• Provide regular performance reports to leadership, including detailed analysis of campaigns, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Leverage a combination of native platform and 3rd party platform to ensure reporting is as accurate as possible.
Budget Management:
• Effectively develop, manage, and allocate the paid media budget, ensuring efficient use of funds across all paid media campaigns.
• Monitor spending and performance to ensure campaigns are on track and within budget, adjusting as necessary to optimize results.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the content, SEO, email marketing, and product marketing teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
• Liaise with external partners and agencies, when applicable, to ensure that paid media campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of paid media efforts.
Optimization & Growth:
• Identify new opportunities for growth within paid channels by researching emerging trends, platforms, and techniques.
• Constantly refine targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences effectively and maximize the impact of paid media campaigns.
• Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users and convert leads into customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in paid media and implement innovative strategies where applicable.
Deliverables:
• Paid Media Strategy Plan: A detailed strategy outlining objectives, target audiences, channels, and KPIs updated quarterly.
• Campaign Reports: Regular reports on the performance of all paid campaigns, highlighting key metrics, optimizations, and next steps.
• Budget Spend Tracking: Detailed tracking of media spend, ROI, and CPA, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
• A/B Testing Documentation: Results and learnings from ongoing A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, and platforms.
• New Channel Analysis: Evaluation of new paid media channels or tactics to be incorporated into future strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in paid media marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering results within given constraints.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
