This position will work closely with Product, but help ensure Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success are aligned and effectively meeting potential clients' needs. Here are some of the tasks you will find yourself performing: Help develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates Boost customer engagement and advocacy with initiatives, such as user communities/focus groups, case studies, and referral programs Act as the product subject matter expert for marketing materials Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to help guide product roadmap decisions and marketing messaging Collaborate across teams to ensure product positioning and messaging alignment Work closely with Sales to develop enablement materials, training programs, and competitive battle cards Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify product innovation and improvement opportunities Attend virtual and on-site product demos and conferences as needed Who We Are: Our software revolutionizes how attorneys manage and grow their firms, particularly in personal injury law.
