We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and fast-paced, growing company. This role is critical in driving the success of our digital strategy by maintaining and optimizing our website, implementing SEO best practices, managing paid ad campaigns (PPC), and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a strong initiative in web management and a focus on increasing traffic and engagement and enhancing our content strategy.

Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Website Management & Optimization:
    Take full ownership of managing the company website, ensuring it is consistently updated, functional, and aligned with business goals. Proactively make enhancements to improve user experience, increase traffic, and optimize performance through ongoing content updates, site improvements, and technical optimizations.
  • Content Strategy & Engagement:
    Develop and execute a strategic content plan for the website, aligning content with SEO best practices and business priorities. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and designed to drive user interaction and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product information, sales strategies, and promotional content effectively.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, visibility, and lead generation. Conduct keyword research and regularly analyze SEO performance to inform content and site optimizations.
  • Paid Ads & PPC Campaigns:
    Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, etc.), including setup, monitoring, and optimizing PPC strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Web Analytics & Reporting:
    Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track and report on key performance metrics, focusing on traffic growth, engagement, and conversion. Provide data-driven recommendations to refine and improve the website and marketing strategies continually.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with product and sales teams to integrate product information and campaigns into the website, ensuring consistency and relevance. Provide insights to enhance the user journey and optimize content for conversion.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, website technology, and user experience best practices to continuously drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 or more years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing content strategy and optimizing web performance.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, including PPC and retargeting campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
