The applicant should have  2 years  of experience with paid search programs (Google AdWords, AdCenter). The SEM/Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing our paid search marketing campaigns using Overdrive's suite of campaign management and tracking tools. Candidate must be energetic and ready to learn in a fast-paced high-growth environment. About You Working knowledge of Programmatic Display and Paid Social platforms Client facing Campaign management Job Responsibilities Plan, implement, manage, analyze and optimize paid media marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Display, DOOH …) Compile and document campaign analysis, performance reports and measure ROI for assigned clients Proactively learn about media behaviors, technology, news and strategies and present key developments and discoveries with the other team members via internal and external communications Work directly with account managers and clients in deploying paid media strategy Develop a close working relationship with partners and technology suppliers to find executable solutions for clients Create internal and external points of view and case studies for clients Liaise with other channels to ensure a cohesive approach is taken to achieve client goals Requirements We ideally need someone who can step in and run accounts immediately, so our preference will be someone with at least 2-3 yrs. experience, ideally with management experience of one or more platforms Ensures Paid Media campaigns are managed effectively to achieve expected performance targets Monitor and optimizes Paid Media campaign implementations Fluency with Microsoft Excel (Pivots, Vlookups), Powerpoint, Google Editor, Doubleclick, Google tag manager, and various media planning tools Ability to manipulate and create digestible insights from large data sets Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to set and meet deadlines Benefits Health and Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contribution Flexible spending accounts including: commuter and child care benefits Vision care discounts Paid vacation and holidays Competitive salary Employee referral bonus Long term disability Life insurance Accidental death insurance Industry training Free healthy snacks, coffee and teas Contemporary open-loft office space Fun parties and office culture Please include salary requirements with all responses.
