Social Media Strategist
Reports to: Managing Director
Sensis is seeking a Social Media Specialist with up to two years of experience to support our DC Earned Media team.
Responsibilities
Driving brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and more by engaging with consumers.
Delivering real-time insights to brands through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through reporting.
Owning the editorial calendar, writing of all social copy.
Identify key active consumers to strategically execute surprise and delight opportunities.
Monitor all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities.
Leverage existing assets to maintain active real-time presence on social channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
1-2 years’ experience in either social media management or community management
Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting Tools
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
