Marketing Manager Westwood Professional Services, Inc. Westwood Professional Services, Inc. , is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The position can be based in California, in our Pleasanton, Modesto, or Fresno office. We are also open to our Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal candidate will have extensive managing and creating pursuits/SOQs (Statements of Qualifications) and have A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry experience. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all pursuit-related activities, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations, ensuring alignment with corporate brand identity and marketing plans for the Land Division/Public Infrastructure Division.
Train marketing staff in all aspects of pursuit-related activities, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Assist in identifying and vetting potential opportunities through collaboration with market and service leaders, ensuring all opportunities are recorded and updated in the company CRM. Direct the go/no-go process, optimizing the marketing team's time and resources. Manage team resources and schedules for local pursuits, implementing established win strategies for individual pursuits to ensure quality and timely submissions. Maintain up-to-date firm lead-finding registrations and manage annual registration updates. Collaborate with other Marketing Managers to balance workload and ensure brand and message consistency across regions. Support business development leads with marketing strategies and provide additional marketing support to the Corporate Branding and Communications team as needed. Required Skills
Proficient in current graphics and publishing programs for marketing material development. Working knowledge of utilizing social media platforms for corporate communications. Has strong organizational skills and can work effectively with multiple tasks and deadlines. Has a basic understanding of the firm's general services and can communicate those services effectively. Effectively and professionally represents the firm in client and group settings. Has the ability and desire to learn new technologies and techniques when necessary. Required Experience
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of marketing experience Must have a minimum of 2 years of A/E/C experience Must be proficient in InDesign This is not a remote or hybrid position
Compensation Range Minimum
USD $80,000.00/Yr.
Compensation Range Maximum
USD $110,000.00/Yr.
