Marketing Manager will drive brand excellence and event strategy for O’GARA. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on event execution to enhance our market position and deliver memorable luxury experiences.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in luxury automotive or premium brands
Proven track record of successful event planning and execution at a luxury level
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-net-worth consumer behavior
Excellence in budget management and financial planning
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Superior project management and team leadership abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Established network within the Beverly Hills luxury market
Ability to maintain composure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Natural networking abilities and sophisticated interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our luxury positioning and revenue objectives
Create and manage annual marketing budgets across multiple luxury automotive brands
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Collaborate with manufacturer partners to ensure brand compliance while maintaining local market relevance
Conceptualize and execute high-profile events, including vehicle launches, VIP client experiences, and lifestyle partnerships
Oversee the complete event lifecycle, from initial concept to post-event analysis
Manage relationships with premium vendors, venues, and partners
Ensure all events reflect the prestigious nature of our brands and exceed client expectations
Coordinate with sales teams to maximize event-driven opportunities and lead generation

Compensation: $95k – 125k/ annually (depending on experience)
