Overview of the Accounts Payable role: Process invoices: data entry into accounting system, perform a 3-way match Assist with preparing weekly check runs Code invoices in the General Ledger Communicate with vendors regarding account inquiries Assist with additional accounting projects as needed Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable position: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a major ERP system Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Accounts Payable role is 100% onsite in Dowagiac, MI.
