You are well-versed in different areas of marketing and can flex to various key initiatives and strategic priorities relating to the student audience. You have strong cultural awareness and understand and excel at establishing relationships and credibility across diverse teams. You understand subscription models and are a self-starter with strong initiative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding how best to reach the student audience and craft compelling strategies that drive engagement and units.Here's how you'll make an impact on the team: Expand Market Reach: Drive business growth by identifying marketing opportunities for Acrobat AI, defining a clear cohesive strategy and approach for the student audience Product Innovation: work closely with the Product teams to identify and nurture new product and AI features Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling value proposition messaging for products to convince prospective students to try, buy, and adopt our software Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Marketing, Finance, Inbound PMM, GTM, Product, and Analytics teams to define strategic priorities Strategic-Thinking: Translate strategies into marketing initiatives with key cross-functional marketing teams Customer Research: Collaborate with research and insights teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into meaningful recommendations for growth Campus Activation: Partner with community and internal education teams to organize on-site university events aimed at increasing awareness and establishing effective feedback loops Pricing & Offer Lineup: Understand and execute offer lineup strategies catered to studentsHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role: BS/BA with 8+ years of marketing experience, technology company, and SaaS experience preferred Product marketing expertise and experience with student / education audience Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills. Well versed in market research. Utilizes and interprets insights to advise decisions and strategic direction Demonstrated leadership success in multi-faceted environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities Executive presence and excellent interpersonal skills Global cultural awareness and experience working with regional teams Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to drive high-impact business initiatives and product launches; highly collaborative work style Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsPay Range: $47.00 - $52.00/hourReady to make your mark?
