Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns and strategies that align with company goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and manage content for social media, email marketing, and company websites. Support the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements. Coordinate events, webinars, or trade shows as needed, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms. Maintain and update the customer and prospect database for targeted campaigns. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports. Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or other reporting software. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
