Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage content for social media, email marketing, and company websites.
- Support the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Coordinate events, webinars, or trade shows as needed, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
- Maintain and update the customer and prospect database for targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or other reporting software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
