As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience with internal digital marketing and communications for 70K+ employees and work alongside experts who are eager to share their knowledge and help you grow. What You'll Do This role will support the Career Development & Learning marketing and communications strategy to more effectively deliver learning and development solutions to employees. This role will create, execute and analyze internal marketing campaigns, providing project support to targeted on-going initiatives and launches aligned to the employee experience. This role will be responsible for tagging content, writing prompts and honing the digital assistant experience to enable learning in the flow of work. This role will also create and manage an internal social media strategy and campaigns to drive increased interactions with learning and development solutions and skill development. Key Responsibilities Content Tagging and Metadata Management: Organize and categorize digital learning content effectively to enhance searchability and usability. Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing plans to engage employees and promote learning and development solutions. Be comfortable running experiments and continuing to test, learn and adjust strategy to optimize effectiveness. AI - Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize AI prompts to enhance user interaction and content delivery. Social Media Management: Use internal social media platforms to promote learning and development solutions. Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret data to inform and improve learning and development initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing and communication initiatives. What It Takes Education: Currently enrolled as a Sophomore/Junior in an undergraduate program. Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
