The Role
The Digital Marketing Associate will be a key addition to Veeva’s QuickVault go-to-market team. Being a Full-Stack marketer, you will own and shape the design and user experience of QuickVault’s external presence and our related digital properties and channels (website, social, email, etc.). You will develop a center of excellence for digital (driven by experimentation) and actively engage in designing innovative programs/campaigns that deliver results with continuous improvement - from data and insights. The right candidate for this position is driven by curiosity, is a creative problem-solver, innately collaborative, and has a passion for experimentation and delivering engaging experiences across all our digital touch-points.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive digital strategy for Veeva's QuickVault marketing organization
- Manage all digital initiatives from ideation, requirements scoping, capacity planning, resource allocation, communication, and measurement
- Develop a center of excellence for digital, fueled by experimentation of new and emerging tools that will shape "best" and "next" practices for our marketing efforts
- Partner with the global marketing team to define, plan, and implement our digital strategy across our external website, and potential event inclusion
- Maintain and optimize the QuickVault external website for SEO, site quality, and site performance
- Launch, optimize, and measure digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other advertising platforms
- Report on the effectiveness of the digital strategy by identifying and tracking key KPIs and showing performance and business impact against business priorities
Requirements
- 2+ years’ marketing experience in a B2B “Full Stack” digital environment
- You have successfully managed digital programs and execution across a diverse range of marketing initiatives, preferably with hands-on experience managing budget, strategy, and execution
- Experience developing and delivering rapid growth targeting campaigns and nurture campaigns (Adwords, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.) across a diverse set of buyer personas, including executives
- Experience with site personalization strategies, including the targeting of user experiences
- You have defined, implemented, and managed SEO best practices for a global website
- You are instrumental in providing reporting and insights, using digital analytics
- Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on changing business requirements
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Must be a self-starter with high standards
- Excellent attention to detail and fast learner
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- BSc or BA in Marketing, or similar degree preferred
- Strong eye for design and UX best practices
- Experience in the creation and editing of digital assets that are optimized for the web
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Hubspot/Marketo/Eloqua) and CRMs (SFDC)

Compensation
- Base pay: $50,000 - $85,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
