About the role
Rippling’s Marketing team has built the engine behind one of the fastest startup growth stories ever. We are rapidly launching new product lines and expanding globally, and the Marketing organization is scaling in line with this hypergrowth.
The Marketing Strategy & Planning team is responsible for enabling this growth by ensuring all systems within the Marketing engine are at maximum capacity and efficiency. This team owns the business cadences, operating rhythm, resource investments, and strategic business decisions for Marketing.
What you will do
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing Operations, Analytics and Data Science to drive and influence the roadmap and build of Marketing.
- Scale out Marketing processes to support growth of revenue, Segments, and entry into new markets.
- Identify and build optimizations for the Marketing funnel, including lead scoring, account scoring, attribution models, database management and more.
- Own the business line by deeply understanding Marketing performance by segment.
- Understand what levers of the demand business need to be pulled in order to drive a desired outcome.
- Monitor the right health metrics and represent the business in MBRs/QBRs.
- Create, influence and drive plans for corrective action against business performance.
- Drive stakeholder teams by incentivizing the correct outcomes/results. Hold teams accountable to execution by designing OKRs, dashboards, cadences.
- Support business forecasting and demand planning.
- Build a world class marketing engine to create efficiency and exceed revenue and acquisition targets.
What you will need
- 8+ years of experience in BizOps, Consulting, Business Analytics, Marketing Ops or Growth Marketing, understanding efficiencies of the B2B GTM motion.
- Strong business acumen: ability to drive insights from data for all audience types (executives to individual team members).
- Storytelling of business impact for past, present and future outlook.
- Technical experience working with Sales & Marketing technology stack in B2B Enterprise Industry.
- Experience working and partnering with Growth/Field, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing Ops and RevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across non-technical and technical audiences.
- Ability to distill complex data sets to simple solutions.
- High growth mindset.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is: 120,000 - 210,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
