Key Responsibilities Email Campaign Management:
Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive education and engagement. For patients and referring providers Segmentation & Personalization:
Utilize data-driven segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time. A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and layouts to optimize performance and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Reporting & Analytics:
Track and analyze email campaign performance using Salesforce dashboards and other analytics tools. Generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Automation:
Develop and manage automated email workflows such as welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and post-appointment follow-ups to enhance the patient care. Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure email templates are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives. Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all email campaigns are compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations and follow industry best practices for deliverability and engagement. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, with proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM/email marketing platform. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and analytics. Experience with A/B testing, email performance analysis, and data-driven optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to craft engaging content. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus. Knowledge of CAN-SPAM laws and email compliance standards.
