Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Responsibilities Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurture programs in Marketo. Leverage audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with sales and demand generation teams to refine lead scoring, routing, and follow-up strategies. Copywriting & Content Development Craft compelling email copy, landing page content, ad messaging, and campaign materials that align with brand voice and audience needs. Optimize content for clarity, engagement, and conversion across various marketing channels. Contribute to marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, and promotional materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Demand Generation, Content, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to align campaigns with overall strategy. Support sales enablement by developing materials that enhance lead conversion and pipeline growth. Performance Analysis & Optimization Monitor and analyze key email and campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed improvements. Provide insights on email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions to optimize engagement. Maintain data integrity and ensure marketing automation processes follow industry best practices. Project Management & Execution Oversee campaign execution from ideation to deployment, ensuring assets and content meet deadlines. Follow best practices for Marketo campaign setup, testing, and reporting. Stay current with marketing automation trends, email marketing best practices, and industry. Requirements Education A degree or relevant certifications in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Non-traditional credentials or verifiable skills will also be considered. Experience 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments. Hands-on experience with Marketo is required. Strong analytical skills, with experience using Marketo, Google Analytics, or other marketing analytics tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and their integration with Marketo. Excellent copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Effective collaboration and communication skills to work across teams. Knowledge of SEO, paid media, or social media marketing is a plus. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
