Duties:

  4. Conduct depositions, witness examinations, and court hearings.
  5. Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
  6. Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments.
  7. Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to support case preparation and management.
  8. Stay informed about changes in insurance law, personal injury law, and related legal practices.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in handling bad faith insurance litigation, including trial experience.
  2. Strong background in personal injury and property damage cases.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
  4. Excellent negotiation and settlement skills.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage complex case files.

Education:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  2. Active membership in the California Bar.
