Role Overview
Kathy Kuo Home is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our email and organic content and social media channels. This role reports into our Brand Director and is ideal for someone with a passion for design, content creation, and brand storytelling. You'll play a key part in managing content production, including design, briefing, scheduling, and optimizing content across channels to engage and grow our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Content Production: Design creative assets and assist in managing content briefs. Coordinate with other designers, copywriters, and team members to bring campaign ideas to life. Ensure quality and brand consistency across content.
- Community Management: Engage with the Kathy Kuo Home community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence.
- Email Marketing: Support the planning, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns. Collaborate on developing email content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and engages the target audience.
- Social Media: Assist with content creation and scheduling for organic social media channels, contributing to an engaging and consistent social presence.
- Project Coordination: Maintain content calendars and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Track and report on performance metrics to optimize content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align on strategies, priorities, and objectives. Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, or content coordination.
- Strong graphic design skills including high-proficiency in Photoshop, Figma and/or other Adobe Suite and graphic design tools.
- Proficiency in content management tools, scheduling platforms, and email marketing software (experience with Attentive or Dash Hudson is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative eye with a passion for interior design and home decor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
