The ideal candidate is a team player who will:Lead a team of 4-5 marketing managers responsible for producing marketing materials for investors that complement moves management strategies and drive messages with a consistent and audience-appropriate toneDevelop processes for gathering information about Network strategies, activities, and accomplishments from diverse sources and disseminating it to appropriate internal audiencesProvide the highest level of customer focus from conception to completion, anticipating challenges, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlinesEnsure marketing collateral drive comprehensive understanding of the Network’s mission and strategyPartner closely with Network leadership, legal counsel, communications, and finance to drive consistency and understandingMeasure, evaluate, and report on successes and failures, adjusting as necessary to add valule and continually evaluating existing marketing channels for message efficacy and audience impactPartner closely with the Investor Facing Team to understand and respond to market signalsQUALIFICATIONS:The Marketing Director should bring strong communications credentials and 5+ years of work experience. The candidate will be proven communicator with an appreciation for working with elite, high-level audiences, and the political acumen necessary to effectively manage the broad and sensitive communications issues facing our Network. Extensive writing and editing experience is required. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience in development communications and marketing. The Marketing Director must be committed to advancing the policy, political, and cultural changes that enable people to improve their lives. We seek candidates with the following credentials:
