Responsibilities * Owns the planning, oversight and execution of all projects, campaigns and initiatives for cross-team projects. * Builds, communicates and updates project schedules. * Collaborates with the account teams to set priorities and make sure shared services teams are working accordingly. * Work with process operations team to manage and plan overall resource allocations. * Ensure project intake adherence including briefs and kickoff meetings. * Day to day management of the project from initiation through final delivery. * Communicates status of project to the team and client (as applicable) on a regular basis. * Monitors and communicates project risk, dependencies and mitigation accordingly. * Ensures changing resource and project requirements are communicated to all members of the project team, and that the changes are understood by all members of the team. * Oversees the project team's activities to ensure the project is delivered on time. * Keeps well-informed on all accounts' activities, thus anticipating obstacles (internal or external) or client dissatisfaction and takes steps to remedy any such situation. * Provides prompt, well-thought-out decisions in response to project demands. Qualifications Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required. Skills: * Superior project management, communication, and organizational skills. * Understanding of project management best practices. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft project and all Office applications. * A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently. * Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and multiple deadlines. * Must have the ability to handle a large volume of projects, varying schedules in a deadline-drive envir
