As the Partnership Marketing Director at Mason Interactive, you’ll be the visionary and hands-on leader establishing our new Partnership Marketing service from the ground up. This role is an exciting opportunity to create high-impact strategies and campaigns that bring meaningful partnerships to life for our clients. You’ll work directly with clients to develop, execute, and optimize partnership initiatives that expand their brand reach and drive measurable growth. Over time, you’ll build and lead a team, setting the standard for partnership marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Lead Partnership Strategy:
Design a scalable, high-impact partnership marketing program that aligns with client objectives. Establish processes and best practices to make partnership marketing a core part of our client services.
Execute Campaigns End-to-End:
Personally manage the planning, execution, and optimization of client partnership campaigns, from concept to launch. Translate client goals into co-branded activations, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations that resonate with their target audiences and drive meaningful engagement.
Manage Client Relationships:
Act as a trusted advisor, offering clients clear insights and updates on campaign progress. Build strong, long-term relationships that align with client expectations and consistently deliver exceptional results.
Build and Mentor a Team:
As the service grows, recruit and train junior team members, creating a supportive environment that promotes growth and high performance. Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
Track and Optimize Performance:
Set KPIs and measure campaign outcomes, using data to inform continuous improvement. Stay current on industry trends to keep our offerings innovative and impactful.
What We Need for You to Bring
Experience and Expertise:
7+ years in partnership marketing with a strong record of executing successful campaigns.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strategic Vision:
Proven success in managing partnership strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
Project Management Skills:
Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple client campaigns and balance priorities effectively.
Remote Collaboration Skills:
Experience managing remote or hybrid teams, with the ability to build strong client relationships through virtual channels.
