Our client is a leading print manufacturer of retail graphics, direct mail and packaging solutions and looking for a VP Sales & Marketing to join their team.

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the retail, graphics, and packaging sectors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with production and operational goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within large format printing, direct mail, or related industries
Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams
Strong understanding of the print industry, including retail graphics and packaging solutions
