The

Marketing Coordinator

leads the development of responses to RFQs/RFPs, qualifications packages, presentations, collateral materials, and other marketing and pursuit-related activities. They manage the flow and collection of content from various sources, meet deadlines, and ensure overall quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

The marketing coordinator may be assigned as the primary marketing point-of-contact for a specific market(s) and work under the general guidance of the Executive Vice President (EVP) or Project Executive (PXs), but operates independently for the majority of day-to-day activities. They frequently interact with other internal marketing staff, marketing personnel from other firms, and high-level internal clients. Their areas of responsibility may include, but not be limited to:

Proposals/Qualifications - This may involve acquiring an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the RFP/RFQ document, facilitating meetings, making task assignments, ensuring schedule adherence, compiling content from various sources, coordinating with external consultants, and completing required forms. They may write cover letters, resume sections, and other proposal components, and may proofread for grammar and overall accuracy as well as compliance with the RFP/RFQ. Presentations – They may assemble and prepare materials for external client presentations and interviews, and may participate in presentation rehearsals and other presentation team preparation activities. Collateral Materials – They may develop and maintain a variety of collateral materials, including activities to promote the visibility of the firm such as conferences, brochures, websites, and other marketing channels. Data Maintenance – They may have responsibility for the integrity of the project and employee information in the Vision database. They may identify types of information that need to be captured or provide input to process improvement for information capture. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of two (2) years of Architectural/Engineering Marketing experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office Suite, and Adobe CS required.
