Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics within our Marketing division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative analytics frameworks, collaborating with a dynamic marketing team on complex projects that leverage advanced mathematical and statistical methodologies. As a key contributor to organizational success, this individual will generate actionable insights to enhance marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and guide data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, impactful narratives for diverse stakeholders. This position reports to the SVP, Marketing Insights & Analytics and regularly collaborates across various business units.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Strategy Development
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives and growth targets.
- Define and measure ROI targets while identifying, developing, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness across various platforms.
- Analyze customer behavior, third-party data, and sales performance to generate actionable insights that inform marketing and business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Channels, Brand, and Divisional Leadership, to identify key business needs and translate them into scalable analytics initiatives.
- Build and refine advanced analytic models, such as attribution, segmentation, and customer lifetime value (CLV), to optimize marketing investments and decision-making.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of marketing data from diverse sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, market research, and data visualization tools.
- Develop and implement robust KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing performance across channels and campaigns.
- Deliver clear, insightful dashboards and reports that communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Perform in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage the creation of marketing metrics, including media mix modeling, customer segmentation, cohort analyses, and time-series forecasting.
Innovation and Process Improvement
- Continuously refine analytics processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency in marketing analytics practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains ahead in leveraging data-driven marketing strategies.
- Act as a thought leader within the organization, advocating for the use of data in marketing strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a proven record of driving results through data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and modeling, with hands-on experience in regression models, cohort analyses, media mix modeling, and purchase funnel optimization.
- Advanced understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and customer behavior analytics.
- Proficiency with analytical tools and platforms, including Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate analytics into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
