This role is a perfect blend of creativity and technology, focusing on developing intuitive, end-to-end tax solutions with a human-centred approach. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of UX writing, AI content strategies, and will excel in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the content strategy and execution for AI-first tax preparation products. Collaborate with product designers, engineers, user researchers, and business units to craft seamless user experiences. Employ exceptional UX writing skills to enhance every aspect of the product interface. Ensure content aligns with design strategy, data, and user research insights. Balance textual content with visual elements to optimize user engagement and conversion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven UX writing experience for consumer software or fintech products. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated capacity for taking initiative in project management and feedback integration.

Industry Experience Required: Preferred experience in AI, tax, customer service, or other fintech domains. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3-5 years in a relevant field with required submission of writing samples or portfolio. Software/Apps: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar; adept with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
