AWS/CES is looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Type: Long-Term Temporary Contract
Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent. This role blends expertise in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital marketing to create impactful campaigns that highlight the company as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Strategy

Implement employer branding strategies that align with the company's culture, values, and mission.
Create and promote engaging content across various channels to attract top talent.
Collaborate with Talent Management, Communications, Marketing, and leadership for consistent messaging.

Recruitment Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute targeted campaigns for specific roles and talent pools.
Use data analytics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Leverage digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed to increase visibility.

Social Media & Content Creation

Develop content for social media to showcase company culture and career opportunities.
Create videos, blog posts, and other media to strengthen the company's online presence.
Engage passive candidates through online forums and social media.

Talent Pipeline Development

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Use CRM tools to nurture and track high-potential talent.

Collaboration with HR & Recruitment Teams

Align marketing strategies with recruitment needs.
Provide creative input to enhance job descriptions and career site content.
Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, Google Analytics, SEO).
Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Data-driven approach to strategy optimization.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with UKG and subscription-based recruitment platforms.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
