Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent to the organization. This role combines expertise in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital marketing to create compelling campaigns that promote the company as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive engagement with job seekers, increase awareness of the company's culture, and enhance the overall recruitment process through creative and data-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employer Branding & Strategy ­ - Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with the company’s culture, values, and mission. ­ - Create and promote engaging content across multiple channels (social media, career website, job boards, etc.) to attract top talent. ­ - Partner with Talent Management peers, Communications and Marketing, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all recruitment materials. 2. Recruitment Marketing Campaigns ­ - Plan and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for specific job openings, talent pools, and geographical areas. ­ - Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly. ­ - Leverage digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and niche job boards to increase visibility and drive applications. 3. Social Media & Content Creation ­ - Develop and manage content for various social media platforms to showcase company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities. ­ - Collaborate with internal teams to create videos, blog posts, employee spotlights, and other content to build a strong online presence. ­ - Engage with passive candidates through social media and other online forums to promote employer brand and job openings. 4. Talent Pipeline Development ­ - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by cultivating relationships with potential candidates. ­ - Use CRM tools to nurture leads and maintain an ongoing conversation with high-potential candidates. 5. Collaboration with HR & Recruitment Teams ­ - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure marketing strategies align with recruitment needs and priorities. ­ - Provide creative insights and suggestions to improve job descriptions, career site content, and candidate engagement efforts. ­ - Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and conferences to represent the company’s employer brand and attract talent. 6. Analytics & Reporting ­ - Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, providing insights into key metrics such as application rates, engagement, and candidate quality. ­ - Use data to refine strategies, test new approaches, and continuously improve recruitment efforts. 7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis ­ - Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors’ talent acquisition strategies. ­ - Conduct research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of potential candidates. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing (experience in a talent acquisition role preferred). • Proven experience with digital marketing and ad operations ecosystems - data collection, integration, activation across paid media and websites • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems. • Experience with subscription-based recruitment marketing platforms (e.g., Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize strategies. • Creative thinking with a focus on innovative approaches to recruitment marketing. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with the latest trends in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. • Experience with UKG • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization. • Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic goals through effective planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Work Environment: • This position is in-person four days per week in Dallas, TX. • Flexible work hours and a collaborative team environment.
