This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to assist with the development and execution of communication strategies that elevate our brand presence. As the Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication efforts, working closely with our leadership team, and ensuring all messaging aligns with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement communication plans that align with company goals and initiatives. Coordinate and execute internal communications to ensure all team members are informed and engaged. Assist in creating press releases, newsletters, and other written content. Manage the distribution of communication materials and ensure they are on brand. Organize and execute communication events, including press conferences, company updates, and promotional activities. Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and manage media relations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience in media relations or public relations is a plus.
