As a multi-retail commerce agency, we thrive on creativity and problem-solving, and we're looking for a talented Content Designer to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, marketing team, and broader sales organization to create compelling, high-quality content that elevates our brand messaging. We're looking for someone with a strong graphic design foundation, but we also value versatility-whether your skills include copywriting, presentation design, or other forms of content creation, we'd love to hear from you.

JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for elevating and maintaining our sales collateral, go-to-market materials and sales enablement resources.
- Capable of translating a concept into a graphical representation of our work that is on brand.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and subject matter experts to ingest the specific needs of their business and support them by delivering on-time content design work.
- Manage dates and deadlines correctly and or be confident communicating SLAs in advance.
- Ensure sales collateral is readily available and up to date.
- Comfort in helping to manage the Bluebird website with low-level updates.
- Fill in for the Creative Services team when needed (ad hoc).
- Provide a perspective on how social media content is managed and delivered.
- Provide brand synergy across all the ways our team markets the company value proposition.
- 4+ years of agency / brand work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency using technology and a wide variety of software applications on a mac-based platform, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with new-age tools such as Canva desired but not mandatory.
- Team player with a positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a client-centered approach to work.
- The ability to work independently and see projects through to completion. Demonstrates a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and/or clients at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver with an eye for detail. Keen eye for color, fonts, trends, and engaging visual storytelling who has a solid understanding of brand identity systems.
- Willingness to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to be hands-on, as well as look at the big picture.
- Entry level SEO/copy experience is desired but not mandatory.
- Experience working within a CRM (Hubspot) desired but not mandatory.
