We are seeking a creative, experienced Social Media Manager with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta platforms, along with expertise in B2B and B2C content creation. The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation through compelling content across these key platforms.

The ideal candidate is an experienced storyteller, well-versed in social media best practices, and enthusiastic about building an active online community.

This role reports to the Vice President of Brand and Creative Strategy and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional customer-facing and internal teams on content calendar planning, brand and B2B and B2C product messaging, alignment with brand guide, paid media strategy, creative assets, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta, aligned with overall marketing goals for both B2B and B2C segments to deliver measurable business results.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored for each platform, and ensure it reflects the brand's voice and values.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive interactions to grow the community.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Trend Identification: Stay current with the latest social media and topical trends, and best practices, and identify ways to incorporate these trends into our legal education strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and company goals.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Build relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and drive engagement and UGC.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager with 2+ years in an enterprise environment. with a strong focus on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Platforms: Proficiency in managing platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Scheduling Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Agora Pulse, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
  • Creative Tools + Software: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Creativity + Imagination: Strong writing and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create social media PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders
  • Adaptability: Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
