You will join the foundation at an exciting time, with the opportunity to make a transformational impact. The foundation is in the public phase of a historic campaign to raise $3 billion to build a better future for Nebraska. The campaign is being led by many enthusiastic volunteers representing all areas of the University of Nebraska System.

Ways you will make an impact:

Lead the development, production and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, direct mail, giving days, crowdfunding, e-mail, social media, and data segmentation for the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Nebraska Medicine and support of campaign priorities. Accountable for increasing the number of donors, for dollars raised, acquisition and retention of donors, and associated budget for the medical center and Nebraska Medicine. Assist in the development of a comprehensive annual giving plan that will achieve aggressive goals in both donor participation and dollars raised. Oversee and ensure accuracy of data used for annual campaigns, including for direct mail, email, digital, stewardship, calling and benchmarking activity. Build and maintain strong working relationships with development staff and university personnel to gain strong participation to ensure success of the giving program and organizational objectives. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (marketing, communications, business). 3-5 years' experience in direct mail, marketing, development, database management or related field. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Basic computer software plus data and reporting software; Blackbaud CRM preferred. Discretion in handling confidential matters. Experience with HIPAA compliance preferred. Candidates will also be evaluated on our core values of passion for mission, integrity, and teamwork. What we offer:
