I champion developing winning content consistently across all O&O touchpoints. I define the go-to-market activation plan for the innovations and pillars, in partnership with the product and creative teams ensuring integrated approach across all channels: advocacy & influence, social paid and organic,media and merchandizing.
Responsibilities will include:
Manages creation budget; creates the creative brief according to strategy (design target, USP, vision of success, etc) and champion Big Idea genesis from consumer insights From product brief, create the 360 activation plan and define the scope of the assets according to the global frame Works with the drive markets to validate the briefs and feed the insights Drives the creation of all content and ensure it resonates with the consumers Owns all media: Owned media content: social media, website, beauty tech, PR; earned media: Advocacy & Influence, Manage social community managers; paid media: above the line search and e-commerce content Sets and tracks campaign KPIs with drive markets, and continuously provide feedback to creative teams for future consideration and in-time adjustments Works with R&I, claims and legal teams to validate the creative/claims Works with CMI to assess pre and post campaign performance using data provided by the drive markets Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is typically expected. At least 3-5 years of proven experience in campaign management, content creation, or a similar role. Deep understanding of content marketing principles and best practices for different platforms (blogs, social media, email, etc.). You should be comfortable developing and executing content calendars and aligning content with overall marketing goals. Excellent writing and editing skills across various formats (articles, website copy, social media posts, emails, video scripts). You might need experience with SEO, visual content creation (basic graphic design or video editing), and understanding content performance metrics. Ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes setting campaign goals, managing budgets, analyzing results, and optimizing for better performance. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools can be a plus. Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign and content performance using relevant metrics to guide future strategies and prove ROI. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, development, sales) and external partners or agencies. What's In It For You:
