UX Designer (Business Tooling)
Client's Global Experience Design Team, is looking for a UX Designer to create best in class experience for business tools after having 3+ years of home-grown tooling. The ideal candidate excels in creating end to end product experience, ask great questions to craft blue sky vision and understand how to scope each phase and enhancement. Specific to this role, they will work primarily with product manager and engineers with the opportunity to have design review/collaboration with the larger ux team, which includes UX Researchers, UX designers and UI designers.
The UX Designer should be a creative problem solver, be able to transition requirements into elegant designs that help our employees work more efficiently and a self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time. The ideal candidate has experience working with constraints from third party providers or API limitations in an iterative fashion.

Essential Responsibilities
- Proactively collaborate/ communicate with internal stakeholders, designers, researchers, product managers, vendors, and developers, by understanding business needs and product requirements.
- Translate user needs and product requirements into conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of internal user needs, task analysis, the creation of scenarios and use cases as well as providing design QA for development team.
- Deliver effective documentation and communication of design - via clear visual presentation and detailed annotation.
- Ability to be scrappy and adoptable for shifting timeline/ priorities.
- Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced, corporate climate, imparting day-to-day design advocate that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.
- Bachelor degree in UX Design, HCI, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in designing pricing/promotion tools or internal tooling that support ecommerce sites, having vendor management experience is a plus.
- Online portfolio to showcase your ability to solve complex problems is a must.
- Familiar using Jira and Confluence, able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to play well and thrives in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to see the larger picture and work with partners to pro-actively organize work accordingly.
- Expert knowledge of Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Familiar with setting up usability testing as well as delivering research insights is a plus.
- Experience in global feature rollout or managing multiple brands at the same time is a plus
