Our IT Team
Radwell's Technology Team owns large-scale e-commerce websites and offline channels where our customers can find, purchase, and/or service their critical parts that keep their plants running. Our internal applications support customer's journey with their selling to us, buying process, and procurement. As an IT UX/UI, you'll have ownership of the UX/UI roadmap, goals, and business IT metrics on key aspects of our technology presence.
The position is full-time onsite at our Headquarters in Willingboro, NJ or could be based at our location in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities
The day-to-day activities of an IT UX/UI will vary significantly as you collaboratively work across many teams across the globe. Some of the opportunities include:
- Work closely with product, IT, all level of stakeholders to brainstorm and co-create ideas, approaches, and solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and low/high-fidelity designs using Figma, along with our established and maintain Design System.
- Ensure that designs follow best practices and use research & testing to inform and validate.
- Apply and validate all designs comply with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility.
- Contribute building online and offline applications (internal & external).
- 4+ years of experience designing IT products (web, mobile, desktop apps).
- Deep level of understanding in Design and UX disciplines in web, mobile web, desktop and mobile apps.
- Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process, using a variety of methodologies like: Process Mapping, User Journey Mapping, User Story Mapping, Wireframing, UI prototyping, User Testing, etc.
- Advanced skills evaluating accessibility within industry standards (WCAG and ADA).
- Experience with industry standard design and research tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, InVision, User testing).
- Experience in designing, building, and managing a Design System.
- Strong communications and organizational skill.
