About The Role
As the Field Marketing Manager, East Coast & CPG, you will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and a proven track record in hyper-growth environments.
The core focus of the role will be to craft and implement high-impact marketing activations that transcend industry norms, while working on elevating standards and driving innovation in every facet of our marketing efforts - that will not only grab attention, but also leave a lasting impression.
You can expect to collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and revenue objectives. Your role will involve crafting and executing regional and vertical-specific marketing plans that not only meet, but exceed targets, leveraging your expertise to navigate a complex sales process.
In this dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's presence in the market- You'll be instrumental in expanding our reach, nurturing customer relationships, and solidifying our position in the digital advertising industry. Your ability to think strategically, adapt swiftly, and make data-driven decisions will be critical in this fast-paced setting.

This role will report into our Director, Field Marketing - Americas based in NYC. This is a hybrid role, based out of our New York City office, where we encourage our team to come in 2 - 3 days per week (or more if you'd like!).
What you will do
- Collaborate with Director, Field Marketing to develop and execute brand-building initiatives for the East Coast region and CPG vertical, while maintaining a consistent brand message and ensuring plans align with Ogury's global marketing vision
- Partner closely with the regional Sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with revenue targets, providing them with the tools and resources needed for success
- Leverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposure
- Lead content development efforts for the region, customizing narratives for region-specific target audiences and creating engaging materials that align with the Ogury brand
- Liaise with sales, product marketing, communications and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Identify and nurture customer advocates, leveraging their stories and successes to drive case studies, testimonials, and referrals
- Organize and host customer events, roundtables, and forums to foster deeper relationships and gather valuable feedback for product development
- Conduct ongoing market research for your region/vertical to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for thought leadership and market differentiation
- Report on performance for field marketing initiatives against KPIs- Apply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Previous marketing experience, focused within the ad tech/SaaS space
- CPG experience is a plus
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience developing unique, executive-level events- A storytelling skillset while building content that has impact
- Experience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impact
- The ability to work independently to drive initiatives from conception to execution, while also effectively collaborating cross-functionally with other relevant teams
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance
- Eagerness to contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
In compliance with state based Pay Transparency Acts, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, nationally.
The salary for the Field Marketing Manager - East Coast and CPG role is: $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually.
