Interior Designer
Our client is seeking an individual with technical abilities and a minimum of 5+ years demonstrated experience in Hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants, Bars), Commercial projects such as Healthcare or Higher Education and other corporate projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Revit models to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Review and revise designs as necessary to meet project requirements
- Develop designs in line with functional requirements and client preferences, while prioritizing aesthetic appeal
- Ensure design specifications comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in construction documentation
- Revit and AutoCAD experience
- 3D modeling in Sketchup/Enscape rendering software
- AutoCAD on projects including floor plans, furniture plans, finish plans, interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans etc.
o Or Revit
* Design from Conceptual through Construction Administration
