Social Media Manager Position Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, particularly in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, and will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving customer engagement across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms. Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and consumer engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Bonus: Past culinary experience that can be utilized for recipe video creation and adapting recipes to fit our brands ethos. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in CPG marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
