"Our agency client is looking for a Social Media Strategist to start ASAP! This role has two openings.This role is:- 30-40 hours/week- Starts as soon as December 30th, 2025- Three month duration to start, with potential for this to extend- Hybrid onsite preferred - 2 days in the office (any two days of your choice)The ideal candidate:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in social media marketing- Agency experience is required to be considered - Proficient in social media tools such as Sprout Social and Sprinklr- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics + analytics is a plus- Graphic design, photo editing and social media video creation is a plus"A Day in the life" as a Social Media Strategist at this agency will entail:- Develop, maintain and optimize comprehensive social media strategies supporting client goals working closelywith agency and client stakeholders.- Responsible for client social media programs spanning Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. - Define KPIs and gauge success. - Work with various internal teams to develop integrated social media strategies and campaigns that involve influencers, PR and events, content, and best practices across creative and digital.- Oversee and support the day-to-day social media strategy activities for multiple clients. This will include attending meetings with the client and account teams to better understand client goals, target markets and identify key strategies, create engaging content with the internal Content team, ensure quality and timely delivery of social media content, and ensure best community management.- Serve as SME for all social media channels.Collaborate with the Senior Director of Social Media Strategy on the development of organization-wide social media management policies and standard operating procedures, as well as social media team education and promotion.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
