DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The Marketing Coordinator will also analyze data to optimize marketing strategies, elevate customer experiences, and strengthen community engagement while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.This entry-level role is a key position for those aspiring to advance within the Chick-fil-A marketing team. Pending performance and development, this role may lead to promotions into higher levels of leadership. Success in this role will be evaluated based on the ability to deliver results, contribute to organizational culture, enhance the guest experience, and demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth.As part of Chick-fil-A's commitment to the personal and professional growth of its Leadership and Management teams, the company invests heavily in consulting and coaching for leadership staff. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to actively participate in these consulting and coaching sessions as part of their growth and development journey.Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, planned quarterly and annually.Plan and execute marketing events both inside and outside the restaurant.Set advertising goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Communicate new products and promotions to team members and guests.Manage the restaurant's social media presence in compliance with Chick-fil-A's Visual Identity Standards (VIS).Respond to donation requests within 3-5 days of initial inquiry.Update and maintain P.O.P. marketing image materials, community boards, and reader boards to provide guests with accurate, timely information.Decorate the restaurant lobby for chain-wide events and brand tentpole campaigns.Oversee and steward the marketing budget in collaboration with the Owner/Operator and Director Team (monthly, quarterly, yearly).Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely ordering of seasonal merchandise.Lead marketing meetings with the Director Team to coordinate promotions, product sampling dates, and marketing opportunities.Build relationships with the local community through outreach and engagement initiatives.Utilize the Spotlight app to promote usage, run targeted promotions, and engage app users.Create high-quality graphic and advertising materials that comply with Chick-fil-A's VIS guidelines.Monitor and grow social media presence, engaging with guests and addressing inquiries.RequirementsFull-Time position with a minimum of 32 hours.Saturday AvailabilityProficiency in Canva, Lightroom, and Photoshop.Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.Previous marketing experience preferred.High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.Company InformationIn our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients.
