Vastian is looking for an innovative, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution. As a key member of Management, this role is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Vastian's solutions, including supporting the launch of our new market solution targeting hospitals & health systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on leader who excels at crafting and deploying multi-channel campaigns while building a high-performing team. The candidate will be instrumental in setting and achieving strategic goals, providing quantitative insights on ROI to leadership & the Board, and contributing to our growth.

This is a management position requiring previous experience, specifically on the healthcare vendor side.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including new product launches and market expansion efforts.

Drive brand awareness and establish Vastian as a leader in SaaS healthcare quality management.

Manage large scale, high volume, and multi-channel campaigns supporting multiple products and solutions, generating measurable activity and lead generation

Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI to leadership and the board.

Set measurable goals for campaigns and overall strategy, ensuring progress is regularly monitored and communicated.

Serve as a "player-coach," contributing directly to campaign creation while empowering team members to succeed.

Develop sales enablement materials, including ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) tools, value propositions, battle cards, presentations, and curated outreach lists.

Work closely with Sales to align on strategy and provide resources for successful outreach efforts.

Manage relationships with digital marketing partners, overseeing all aspects of paid media and social media campaigns.

Optimize campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and brand visibility across platforms.

Conduct thorough market and competitive research to inform strategy and ensure Vastian remains ahead of industry trends.

Identify opportunities to differentiate Vastian's offerings in the market.

Lead marketing efforts for the launch of new products, creating compelling positioning and messaging to capture market attention.

Collaborate with product/sales teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.

Prepare/present weekly & monthly quantitative and qualitative marketing progress and results reports to senior management, other stakeholders, & the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing leadership and/or lead roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Experience in private equity-backed businesses with a strong focus on ROI and growth metrics.

Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, paid media, social media, and sales enablement.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Hands-on experience with market and competitive analysis, ICP development, and campaign tracking.

Willingness to 'roll up sleeves' and create, deploy and measure high volume of campaigns

A self-starter & team player with a "player-coach" mentality.

Hungry & results-driven with a relentless focus on execution and outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies effectively.

Proven ability to lead and inspire small teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software, preferably Salesforce solutions (SalesCloud, MarketingCloud/Pardot) and CMS tools, preferably Webflows

Experience managing digital marketing partners and deploying campaigns with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Travel as needed for team meetings, conferences, & other professional engagements.
