Job Overview:
In this role, you will be the face of CCI Solutions for your clients—guiding them through designing and implementing custom AV systems. You’ll be the lead designer and sales representative, collaborating with design and engineering experts to craft innovative solutions while ensuring each project is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations. You’ll take pride in driving sales and seeing your vision come to life, knowing that you played a crucial part in creating something truly special for our clients.

Work directly with clients to dream, design, estimate, and
sell
unique audio, video, and lighting solutions that bring their vision to life. Lead the Way:
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, serving as the key designer, estimator, and sales representative. Inspire Excellence:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project designs flawlessly and meet CCI Solutions’ high standards. Empower Clients:
Commission systems and train clients to maximize the value of their new AV solutions. Drive Sales:
Build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and close sales that meet client needs and business goals. Keep Growing:
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continually learning and evolving to bring your clients the latest and best solutions.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You have experience as a former or current
Technical Director or high-capacity volunteer
at a live performance venue such as a church or theater. You’re a problem-solver passionate about designing cutting-edge AV systems that inspire and elevate experiences. You have a knack for both the technical and creative sides of AV design, and you thrive in an environment where you can work on innovative projects that push the envelope. You’re a natural at building relationships and turning opportunities into sales by understanding client needs and aligning them with the right solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch—you can work effectively with clients, architects, and technical teams. You’re proactive and driven and love the satisfaction of seeing a project come together under your leadership. You love to travel. This role requires up to 25% national travel to visit clients, manage projects, and oversee installations.
What We Offer:
Compensation:
Entry-level salespeople can expect to make $60K-$110K OTE, while experienced salespeople can earn $75K-$150K OTE. There is no commission cap, so your earnings have no upper bound. Tools for Success:
