What You’ll Do
As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
- Actively prospect to find, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior executives and C-Suite leaders, presenting tailored AV solutions.
- Conduct on-site assessments to uncover needs and deliver customized value propositions.
- Collaborate with Ford AV’s expert engineers, estimators, and support teams to craft winning proposals.
- Manage your accounts as the single point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term partnerships.
- Exceed sales goals, ensuring your success aligns with our high-performance team culture.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, results-driven individuals with:
- Proven B2B sales experience, especially in technical or capital equipment sales.
- A strong track record of selling to C-Suite and senior decision-makers.
- The ability to generate and close new business opportunities within 90 days.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in a performance-based sales environment with uncapped earning potential.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms.
