About The Role:
A forward thinking and highly desirable international interior design firm is looking for a dynamic Office/Studio Manager to join their collaborative and friendly team in Manhattan.
As Office Manager, you will work cohesively with the senior management team and will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the studio. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment, coordinating administrative processes, and acting as the central point of contact for staff, clients, and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of office management, including supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-functioning environment Ensure a welcoming front of house and ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times Manage relationships with external suppliers including landlords and contractors etc Efficiently manage studio IT and serve as the external IT liaison Coordinate onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departures Manage studio health and safety, fire systems, and security Oversee office maintenance and vendor relationships Handle office expenses and budgets relating to office supplies Manage meeting rooms, and oversee guest services Key holder responsibilities Manage staff gifts, events and socials Attendance and input to company meetings Maintaining a positive and uplifting working environment
Key Skills/Requirements: Proven experience in an Office/Studio Manager position within a creative industry Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for making an impact Familiarity with the design industry is highly desirable Positive, social and approachable
