Overview: We are looking for a multifaceted professional to fill the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO. This individual will serve as the right hand to our CEO, Dan Cole, and play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the organization. Few days will be the same, but tasks will be varied and will include administrative support and ad hoc duties for and on behalf of the CEO. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional delegation skills, adept at managing delivery operations, client management, process optimization, organizational development, and team growth.

You will be the bridge between the CEO and the rest of the organization, communicating his priorities and ensuring the CEO's vision is effectively realized. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from managing external partnerships and clients to organizing events, supporting the executive team, and onboarding new hires. You will support the CEO and work closely with other team members to power projects in various ways.

Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage the CEO's schedule and inbox, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritization of tasks; Prepare decks and reports for internal and external meetings, follow up on action items; Cover blind spots by identifying potential issues and bringing them to the CEO's attention; Oversee and coordinate travel logistics for the CEO. Onboarding and HR Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the company culture, systems, and processes. External Client Management: Manage CEO's correspondence with external partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with external clients and stakeholders. Event Organization: Plan and organize company events and team offsites; Ensure events are executed flawlessly and reflect the company’s brand and values. General Operations and Office Management: Manage employee database with all personnel files; Manage company calendar with holidays, offsites, reminders for critical dates; Be a proactive problem solver and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the recruitment industry is highly desirable. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. NYC-based with the ability to work in the office 3 days a week.

Reporting Structure: Directly reports to Dan Cole, Founder/CEO. Dotted line reporting to Matt (Head of CP Perm)
