We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Procedure Writer and Publisher
to develop, review, and maintain accurate and clear procedural documentation. This role requires a strong ability to analyze processes, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure published content aligns with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and user needs.
In office: 100% On-site/5 days a week Working Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Research, draft, and edit procedural documents, workflows, and policies to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. Translate complex processes into user-friendly and actionable documentation.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including operations, compliance, and quality assurance, to gather information and validate processes. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure procedures meet regulatory, operational, and training requirements.
Document Management: Maintain a centralized repository for all procedures and policies, ensuring version control and timely updates. Standardize formatting, style, and language for all procedural documentation to ensure consistency.
Publishing: Prepare final documents for publication in various formats (print, web, or digital). Ensure accessibility and usability of documents for all relevant audiences.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing documentation and processes based on user feedback and business needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Qualifications: Proven experience in writing, editing, and publishing procedural or technical documentation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, or specialized software like Confluence or SharePoint). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic understanding of process mapping or workflow development tools.
